This course introduces the basics of the innovative and super effective management methodology – Kanban. It originates from TOYOTA and is the de facto standard for every manufacturing company in the world as of today. We will demonstrate ways how this methodology can be adopted and applied in various industries with primary focus on IT.

We will analyze the “Five Lean Principles” and will explore ways to translate them to actionable items in our organizations. We will also touch on the “Kaizen” culture, which is the key to continuous improvements and long-term success. Advanced Kanban for High-Performance Teams

This course is dedicated to enhance the knowledge of teams or individuals who have practical experience with Kanban or have at least been exposed to Lean and Agile methodologies. This course is mainly focused on the IT industry.
