A three-day course that describes the concepts and practices of Program Management. You will learn the specific roles and responsibilities of a Program Manager and how these duties relate to Project Management and Portfolio Management. Topics include a detailed review of the Program Management Life Cycle, Program Benefits Management, Financial Framework and Program Governance.

This course provides an excellent foundation in preparation for the Project Management Institute’s Program Management Professional (PgMP®) credentials examination as well as adding to the knowledge base of senior managers or experienced project managers who are undertaking Program Management responsibilities.

During the three-days, the PMI’s® internationally accepted Standards for Program Management – Second Edition will be covered as it relates to six Program Management Performance Domains:
